Our History

Overview: Brief pictorial history of our lives together.

1. January 2009. University of Rhode Island.

I met Brianna during our participation in the Vagina Monologues at URI. I got her attention as the only boy.

2. May 2009. Narragansett, Rhode Island.

For a few months we got to be a normal college couple, which we thoroughly enjoyed. You know, studying hard, spending time with friends, sneaking pizza into the library - the usual. Then, I had to leave for 2 months of work abroad...

3. June 2009. Costa Rica.

Being apart was difficult, but it galvanized our commitment to each other. While in Costa Rica, I declared my love for Brianna atop the country's tallest mountain.

4. August 2009. Returning to America: Canada.

When we were reunited after 2 months apart, Brianna and I learned that we weren't simply "imagining" our feelings - we were actually in love. Together we planned a trip to Nova Scotia; After being alone apart, we needed to be alone together.

We got these totally sweet rings, too. They're titanium!

5. December 2009. Moving to Maine.

In December I moved to Maine to start a new life for myself, and with Brianna. Okay, so this photo's not from December, but it is in Maine.

6. May 2010. Brianna graduates!

Brianna graduates magna cum laude and becomes a Pharmacist! Her years of 12 hour study days finally pay off; I'm very proud of her.

7. June 2010. This thing happens.

I'm not sure what we're doing in this picture, but it looks like we're having a good time. That's the point.

8. September 2010. Moving to Portland, ME.

We finally moved to the big city and became fascinated with our trash compacter.

9. October 2010. A domesticated life.
